Jane J. Loucks, 90, passed away Dec. 3, 2015, at the Natchitoches Community Care Center where she had been a resident for the past two years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert D. Loucks, her parents, her brother and his first wife, and her sister and her husband. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Bob Black; her grandson, Jason Black; and her nieces and nephews. Memorial plans are incomplete at this time. Interment of her ashes, along with those of her husband, will be at the Memorial Garden of Christ Church Presbyterian in Dalton, Ga., where they both were once members. Jane was born and raised in Johnstown, Pa., graduated from Penn State University and was a member of Chi Omega Fraternity and the First Presbyterian Church in Natchitoches. Memorials in her honor may be made to the First Presbyterian Church in Natchitoches or to your favorite charity.
