Ola Lorie Goings Hanks died Saturday April 2, 2016 at her home in Marthaville. She was born Sept. 12, 1931. A graveside service was held at Old Pisgah Cemetery in Marthaville April 6. Services were lead by Bro. Beau Johnson. Lorie is survived by son Douglas Allen and wife Kim of Conroe, Texas; daughter Billie Cooper and husband Blake of Channel View, Texas; granddaughters Jasmine and Jamy; grandsons Jonathan and Justin; brother Blue Goings; sisters Marie Wyatt, Pearlee Goings, Opal Berry, Gloria Stoessen and Mary Baxter and great-grandchildren Ryan, Mason, Cody, Nick and Samantha. She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Minnie Goings, husband Bob Hawks, brothers Albert, Ray, and Grady Goings and sisters Gaynell Fisher and Gladys Phillips.
