Funeral services honoring the life of Herbert Joe Sudbury, 88, were Dec. 3 at Toledo Bend Church of Christ in Many, with Minister Stuart Bailey officiating.
Burial followed at Toledo Bend Church of Christ.
The family received friends at Rose-Neath Dec. 2 from 6-8 p.m.
Herbert was born on May 30, 1928 in Natchitoches to Herbert James Sudbury and Mary Flora Sudbury and passed away on Nov. 30, 2016 with his family by his side.
Proceeding him in death were parents Herbert James Sudbury and Mary Flora Sudbury and wife Louise Sudbury.
He is survived by his sons, James Sudbury & wife Lisa of Terrell, Texas and Paul Sudbury and wife Paula of Arlington, Texas; grandchildren, Bethany Reynolds and husband Mark, Trevor Sudbury, Joshua Sudbury, Angela Fleming and husband Eric, Michael Swanson and wife Taylor and Eden Thompson and husband Josh; great-grandchildren Jacob Reynolds and Blayne Fleming.
