Service arrangements for John Payne, long-time resident of the Breda Town Area, are as follows. The wake will be at Winnfield Memorial Funeral Home Chapel Friday evening, Sept. 9 from 6-9 p.m. with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church on Fifth Street, Saturday morning, Sept. 10 at 11 a.m. John Payne passed away Sept. 4, 2016. The remains will lie in state at the church Saturday morning from 10 a.m. to service time. Burial with Military Honors will follow the mass at Lawrence Serenity Sanctum.
