Services will be held March 26, 2016 at Greater St. Matthew 633 Hwy. 6, Hickcock, Texas. The Service will begin at 10 a.m. Ruther attended Central High School and was a graduate of the Class of 1961. She was the daughter of the late Cleveland and Virginia Phillip. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. We love you! The Family.
